Job Opportunity

This role is an opportunity to work with individuals and help them develop the skills they need to secure employment.

We are seeking a career development professional who can facilitate training programs, provide career guidance, and build relationships with local employers and community organisations.

The successful candidate will have experience in training, career counselling, and/or development, as well as a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or be on the way to completion.

  • Promote our services and support participants to identify their skills and abilities
  • Develop career development plans for our participants
  • Organise, plan, implement and facilitate training programs
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

To be considered, you must have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
