Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify care needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications to residents and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Collaborate with doctors, relatives, and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Participate in resident admissions, ongoing assessments, and care planning.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection control practices.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
