Project Management Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of technical projects across hardware, systems, and integration teams.
You will ensure all deliverables meet requirements agreed with technical leads and stakeholders. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external experts to keep work moving, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Identify and mitigate potential delivery risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Foster collaboration and trust among engineering, research, and business functions.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical project delivery and coordination, preferably in semiconductors or complex R&D environments.
- Strong understanding of hardware development and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working across the product development lifecycle, with a focus on keeping technical teams aligned.
- Work with world-class scientists and engineers on ambitious technical challenges.
- Contribute to building the infrastructure that powers utility-scale quantum computing.
