
Business Operations Support Specialist

At our organization, we're seeking a motivated team member to support our operations on a part-time basis.
About the RoleThis role involves coordinating various tasks — from managing schedules and providing administrative support to working collaboratively with field teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling vehicle repairs and damage assessments
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, supporting clients through the repair process
- Assisting field teams and technicians
- Liaising with industry partners
- Supporting day-to-day administrative activities
- Occasional travel between sites and storm locations
We're looking for someone with previous administrative or customer service experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to self-motivate. If you're friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with people, have computer literacy, and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.
This position suits someone who's flexible, has excellent communication skills, and is ready to adapt during busy periods. If you're open to travel and want to be part of a supportive team that collaborates through challenging times, we want to hear from you.
