Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, safe care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and mobility needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialization), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- Recent demonstrated experience working within an Aged Care setting in Australia.
- A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector.
