We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team at L'Americano Cafe/espresso bar in Karrinyup. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our Italian-inspired breakfast and lunch menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Run your own section in a high-quality cafe environment
- Follow standardised recipes correctly to provide food to the highest standard
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a Certificate 3 in commercial Cookery and at least 2 years' experience working in a busy high-quality cafe. You should have a passion for food, a great work ethic, and valid working rights in Australia.
