As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based support plans for NDIS participants.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Your duties will involve evaluating participant needs, developing meaningful goals, and providing positive behaviour support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess current suitability at the Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

A degree-level qualification in an allied health profession is essential, along with NDIS Report writing experience and excellent time management skills.
