Product Innovation Specialist

About the Role:
As an Industrial Designer, you will collaborate with a project team to develop innovative products that strive for excellence in product development. Your role requires a strong understanding of product development principles and skills, coupled with the ability to clearly and professionally communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to consider different perspectives, business values, and needs to effectively build arguments and negotiate across parties.
- Able to empathize with target consumers to protect the product's integrity.
- Able to develop novel solutions and recognize opportunities with strategic value to the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience exposed to best practice product development.
- Conceptual design skills, comfortable with uncertainty, lateral approach, value analysis, intuitive brainstorming.
- CAD literacy, 2D drawing, 3D solid modeling, graphic design software, image manipulation.
- Hand modelmaking, concept models, visual models.
- Visualisation, hand sketching, 2D drafting, rendering.
