About the Role

Talent Vision 360 is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Deli department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional manner, providing a personalized experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
  • Product Preparation: Wrap and pack products efficiently and neatly, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain general cleanliness and hygiene in the deli area, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Fill, rotate, and merchandise stock to ensure a fresh and appealing display, minimizing waste and optimizing sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Food Safety: Comply with company policies and procedures related to food safety and handling practices, ensuring a safe and healthy shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Essential Experience: Previous experience in a deli role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of product quality.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, creative flair with a high attention to detail, hardworking and reliable, strong communication skills, and a professional manner and well-presented appearance.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, with a strong commitment to working over a seven-day roster.
