Requirements
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in manufacturing principles.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, with experience leading projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and ERP systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience in metal fabrication and process improvement, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Specific experience with laser, press brake, and welding processes is highly desirable.
