Part of the CSR family, our Interior Systems Business Unit consists of market-leading brands such as Gyprock Plasterboard, Martini and Himmel Interior Systems. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications. We are a leader in providing a full suite of interior lining solutions across the building industry.
About the role
The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Narangba - QLD. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist on a daily basis in delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In this role you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers
- To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
- Stock movements and the maintenance of stock
- Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements
- Unloading inbound orders of stock
- Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
- Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to
- Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
Your hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 5:00am to 2:00pm or 6:00am to 3:00pm (rotating shift times)
A forklift licence is required to perform your duties, so having a licence is highly desirable or willing to obtain one.

Key responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
