Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Role

The role involves diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing, assembling the fleet and ensuring safety, quality and standards are followed at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining all company vehicles and assets in accordance with Manufacturer's guidelines.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining vehicle performance
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of vehicles, including Euro 5 & 6 technologies, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (MVTC)
  • Certificate III in commercial vehicle mechanical technology or above
  • Experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
