We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our Brisbane team. This is a full-time position that will involve assessing speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs of clients.

We support people with disability through therapy and assessments—at home, in the community, and via telehealth. Our ideal candidate will have SPA registration and experience in NDIS or disability services. Confidence working in community settings is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
  • Create personalized therapy plans that match client goals.
  • Deliver therapy in homes, schools, and group settings.
  • Support clients to build independence and confidence.
  • Write clear, professional reports aligned with NDIS standards.
  • Use evidence-based tools to improve communication and safe eating.
Requirements
  • SPA registration.
  • Experience in NDIS or disability services (preferred).
  • Confidence working in community settings.
  • A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle.
