About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including collecting trolleys from around the store and surrounding areas.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
