About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven graduate to join our Sydney-based graduate program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various businesses and segments within financial services, while developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of strategic options and client recommendations, engaging with target clients on industry themes and topics.
  • Deliver end-to-end studies, including market and company-specific topic coverage, executive interviews, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at target clients and present at forums and conferences to develop your profile and contribute to business development.
  • Collaborate with NMG specialists globally to leverage collective expertise and resources, and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in commerce, finance, accounting, business administration, actuarial science, data science, statistics, or mathematics.
  • Proven analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Experience in financial services (preferred) and a willingness to pursue CFA or actuarial qualification (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on developing client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a global team.
