Researcher in CAR-T Cell Immunotherapy

The position involves working on a research project to develop a novel CAR-T cell immunotherapy for cancer. The project is led by Professor Patrick Schlegel, and the researcher will be responsible for activities related to CAR-T cell engineering, production, and functional validation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate the efficacy of CAR-T cell immunotherapy
  • Develop and optimize methods for CAR-T cell production and purification
  • Collaborate with other researchers to design and implement studies
  • Analyze data and contribute to the development of scientific reports and publications

Requirements:

  • Hold a BSc (Hons) or equivalent in biological or biomedical sciences
  • Established skills in cell and molecular biology techniques
  • Strong experience in flow cytometry, cell culture, and knowledge in immunology and antibody work
