As a Mobile Technical Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the mobile strategy of a leading organization.The Role You Could PlayYou will lead cross-platform mobile development teams and guide them in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure mobile applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in React Native development, along with a solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms. Leadership skills and a forward-thinking approach to mobile architecture, security, and best practices are essential.
  • Lead and inspire mobile development teams, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
  • Architect and deliver high-quality React Native applications with emphasis on performance, security, and responsive UI/UX
  • Deep understanding of modern mobile practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD automation, mobile app monitoring, and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including DevOps, backend services, product, UX/UI, analytics, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions
What We Look For
  • Advanced expertise in React Native, with hands-on experience managing native modules and performance tuning
  • Solid understanding of native iOS and Android development for bridging and optimisation
  • Deep knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles, animations, and accessibility standards
  • Experience with API integrations using RESTful services and GraphQL
