We are seeking an outstanding Fashion Store Manager for our Flagship SUPERDRY Chadstone store. As a seasoned retail professional, you'll be responsible for motivating and guiding a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Store Manager, motivate a driven team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and drive a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering outstanding service standards.
  • Inspire and help mentor a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts to reach set goals and celebrate their achievements.
  • Closely monitor store sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and acknowledging outstanding results.
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management, ensuring minimal stock shrinkage.

The Skills We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Retail Sales Assistant, with Flagship experience being highly desirable.
  • A passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • A proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth.
