We are seeking a dynamic Metallurgist to join our Australian division, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our industry.

1. Pioneering new methodologies through in-house and on-site test programs
2. Uncovering insights that drive progress through deep metallurgical testing and analysis
3. Collaborating with process engineering teams during on-site commissioning
4. Installing pilot plant equipment at customer sites
5. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to raise the bar for excellence
6. Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in our operations

We are looking for a visionary Metallurgist with:

• Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in the mining industry as a Metallurgist
• Experience in Froth flotation and gold leaching processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment for sample preparation and metallurgical testing
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and AutoCAD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel
