About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional quality food and service.
  • Develop and implement menus and culinary programs that meet the high standards of TGI Fridays.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs and inventory.
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a high-performing kitchen team and delivering exceptional quality food and service.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
