Disability Employment Specialist Role

This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

You will be responsible for engaging with the community in the Sydney West area, establishing strong relationships with schools, disability service providers and local employers. Your main objective will be to educate them on the services provided by our organisation and attract participants to our future pathways programs.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Willingness to complete a criminal history check
  • Ability to pass a working with children check
  • Ability to pass a NDIS worker screening check
  • Ability to complete an NDIS worker orientation module prior to commencement
