Exercise Physiologist required to join a supportive team at our Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre.

  • Participate in the development of your clinical skills and contribute to the growth of our AEP team.
About the Role

We are seeking an Accredited Part-time Exercise Physiologist to work across a range of Chronic Disease, NDIS, injury and surgical rehabilitation, and healthy population clientele. The successful applicant will assess and deliver customised exercise interventions to support patient-centred outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide tailored exercise intervention and education for individuals at risk of developing chronic conditions or injuries.
  2. Deliver clinical exercise prescription for those with existing complex medical conditions and injuries.
  3. Offer health education, advice, and support to enhance overall well-being.
  4. Promote Exercise Physiology within the Centre and wider community.
  5. Facilitate group-based rehabilitation classes.
  6. Liaise with healthcare professionals involved in patient care.

The successful candidate must hold accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with the relevant professional body.
