Nurse Practitioner

At Healthscope, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Gold Coast Private Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless patient care.
- Act as a role model for safe practice and maintain a culture of excellence.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute environment.
- Current Registration with AHPRA and compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to patient care and quality improvement.
- Ability to work across a rotating roster and adapt to changing priorities.
