About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs in Nursing and Health Care, aligned with national training packages and accredited courses.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to students, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their chosen careers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative training solutions, incorporating the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure students meet the required standards, and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality of our training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current industry skills and knowledge relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
  • Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided.
  • Evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of vocational training, learning, and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Current Queensland Driver's licence.
  • One of the following training and assessment credentials: TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills, TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design and Development, or TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development.
Desirable Qualifications
  • High level of digital literacy skills across various platforms (online Learning Management Systems).
  • Industry currency - experience in relevant work sector (minimum 2 years).
