Facilities Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our facilities. We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to take on this important role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine property maintenance activities such as minor painting and decorating repairs.
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks correctly and on time, including the use of powered and non-powered hand tools.
  • Liaise with staff and contractors to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
