We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide exceptional advice, reporting, and administrative services to team members throughout their employment lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability in interpreting and applying modern awards, with a high attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and relationship building abilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing HR advice and administration management
- Managing onboarding and offboarding activities
- Ensuring all employment changes are accurately managed
- Partnering with external providers to coordinate employment contracts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date team member records
- Data reporting, including HR metrics, WGEA and Company engagement program
- Coordinating probation review process with leaders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- HR acumen, including knowledge of the industrial landscape and fair work act
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Data reporting using relevant systems (e.g., Chris21)
- A customer-centric mindset and a strong sense of professionalism
