We are seeking an experienced Rope Access Superintendent to join our team at Breight Group, a leading maintenance and shutdown business specializing in Scaffolding, Rope Access, and Mechanical works.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position on a FIFO roster, offering a great work-life balance. As a Rope Access Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating rope access operations, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate rope access operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of rope access technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid IRATA qualifications.
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor in a rope access and mining work environment.
  • Based in Perth, Western Australia.
  • Hold mandatory tickets such as Working at Heights and Confined Space.
