A Day in the Life of a Grill'd Manager:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 staff members to drive sales growth and engagement within your restaurant.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure your restaurant runs at a high standard, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and compliance.
  • This role focuses on people development, empowering you to support your team members' personal and professional growth through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines for promotions.
  • Manage business financials, including profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of local community engagement by partnering with local groups to make a positive impact.

We're Looking for Experienced Leaders:

  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment venues, managing teams of 20+.
  • Proven track record of creating high-performing and engaged teams.
  • You'll have strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports for sales growth.
  • You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be organized, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • You'll prioritize customer satisfaction and empower your team to do the same.
