This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate occupational therapist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
About Your RoleYou will be delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy that supports both children and adults in achieving their functional goals—focusing on independence, participation, and quality of life.
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with families, carers, and other therapists to manage your caseload and calendar with guidance. You will learn to grow into a confident and capable therapist, ready to make a real difference.
New Graduate Program- A structured 3-month onboarding plan
- Gradual caseload and calendar build-up (metered start)
- Weekly supervision and regular check-ins
- Peer mentoring and clinical huddles
- Wraparound supports from your multi-disciplinary team
- Practical resources, tools, and admin assistance
- Ongoing professional development beyond the program
