Job Description:

As a Relationship Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to business customers.

  • Support customers and Business Banking Managers in partnerships to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive customer advocacy by being an empowered case resolver for customer servicing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to complete customer servicing tasks and maximize utilization of value chain stakeholders to assist in the timely completion of customer requests.
  • Accountable for customer adoption of digital channels, including education on transitioning to self-servicing channels to simplify customer banking.
  • Centre of Excellence for onboarding new customers and completing KYC requirements, including accountability for quality and time-to-cash metrics.

You will be responsible for identifying ways to meet or exceed customer needs through specialized requirements and engagement with specialist bankers.

Proactive management of Term Deposit Rollovers and opening of new Term Deposit Accounts is also essential in this role.

The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Banking & Finance or a business-related discipline, understanding of KYC onboarding compliance requirements, strong communication skills, knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self-service channels.

They will also demonstrate the ability to deliver superior customer service consistently, foundational NAB System Knowledge, proficiency in Siebel and Ebobs desirable, and analytical skills to assess financials and willingness to further develop business and financial acumen.
