About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our team at ANZ. As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a seamless banking experience through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and digital solutions education.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
