We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at GPA Engineering. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Project Managers and Engineers in delivering high-quality projects to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers and Engineers with project coordination, including preparing meeting minutes, action items, and project progress reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing and reviewing purchase orders, processing vendor invoices, and coordinating client site visits.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination.
