The Opportunity

As a Caring for Our Elders Support Worker, you'll be part of a family committed to making a positive impact to the community. This role will be servicing the communities of Bankstown.

What we're looking for:

  • A compassionate, empathetic, respectful Carer
  • Has a reliable car and Australian Driver Licence
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 Doses)
  • 12 + months personal care experience required
  • Cert III in Individual Support will be highly regarded *can be obtained through our traineeships program - all fess paid (for eligible employees)

What you will be doing:

  • Perform Personal Care duties including showering, feeding and toileting; assist in oral medication
  • Social support such as accompanying our clients to their doctor appointment/s, shopping & social outings
  • Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation
