Waste Management Coordinator

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as Recycling Centre Attendants.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment by ensuring our customers have a smooth and efficient experience at our centres. As a champion of the Containers for Change Scheme, you will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and efficient environment.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to guarantee a great customer experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for colleagues and customers
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
- Ensure the sorting equipment is running efficiently
- Monitor the recycling centre for any hazards and report concerns as they arise
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for recycling and the environment
- A keen eye for detail and a motivation to maintain a clean work environment
- A commitment to safety, ensuring everyone returns home safely
- Experience in face-to-face customer service
- Physical fitness for manual lifting
