This role provides technology leadership and manages the development, maintenance, and quality of data systems for the Public Transport Authority (PTA). About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Progress toward or possession of an IT-related qualification, with experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and data management techniques.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, and experience in configuring and supporting data systems.
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to build rapport and work in customer-focused support teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
