Design a Healthcare Solution

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced product designer with 5+ years of expertise. You'll collaborate closely with our founding team and engineering leads to scale our product offerings and drive impact.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and user research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead design initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for delight.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs effectively.
  • Design scalable systems that enable patient engagement and practitioner usability.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and feedback.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end design processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including accessibility standards.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems.
