Pet Care Specialist

A day in your life would involve:

  • Setting up and cleaning Puppy Preschool rooms and equipment, as required.
  • Delivering informative and engaging Puppy Preschool training sessions to customers.
  • Facilitating participants' learning to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and memorable interactions.
  • Inspiring and educating customers on the best care and products for their pets.
  • Completing sales transactions and reaching set store sales goals.
  • Working with your team to maintain a visually appealing store with the latest stock.
  • Staying up-to-date on pet care, products, and services we provide.
  • Contributing to a fun, supportive culture where the team enjoys coming to work every day.
  • Maintaining a strong safety mindset and promoting a culture of safety within your team.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for animals, excellent customer service skills, and relevant experience in dog training or a similar retail environment.

Requirements include:

  • Passion for animals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience in dog training.
  • Experience in a similar retail environment.
  • Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Physical fitness to lift products up to 20kgs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
