The Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to build rapport and schedule conversations with potential clients. You will highlight the benefits of speaking with an expert broker and work towards hitting targets and earning commissions.

  • Competitive pay: A starting base salary + superannuation, with quarterly salary reviews.
  • Uncapped commissions: Realistic first-year earnings of $80K+.
  • Flexible work-life balance: Work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (Brisbane time zone). No weekends or rotating rosters required.
  • Fully remote: Work from anywhere in Australia, with all the support and tools needed to succeed remotely.
