We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to join our Player Experience team as an Engineering Manager.
About the RoleThis is a high-impact leadership position where you will oversee a cross-functional squad responsible for building and delivering a world-class product that helps players discover, onboard, and engage with Web3 games.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Player Experience engineering team to drive technical evolution of our discovery Feed and onboarding systems
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to define strategy and deliver outstanding user outcomes
- Foster a culture of high performance, autonomy, and accountability, enabling the team to iterate and learn quickly
- At least 2 years of experience managing high-performing software engineering teams
- A strong background in full-stack engineering with hands-on experience building and scaling products using technologies like React, TypeScript, or Go
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment
