About the Role

The Manufacturing Manager drives performance in multiple areas including Health, Wellbeing, Safety, Quality, Environment, Cost and Delivery.

The role encompasses leading, coaching and developing Production, Maintenance and Warehouse Teams across three shifts.

The Manufacturing Manager plays a critical role in developing and delivering site business plans and KPIs, managing cost, utilizing labour effectively, and managing the capital program for the site.

About You

To be successful as a well-rounded leader, you will need to have:

  • Qualifications in Engineering, Supply Chain or an equivalent field, with proven capability in coaching and leading Production and Warehouse teams within successful FMCG businesses.
  • Experience of managing resources in a commercially sound and influential manner, believing in developing a strong Safety and Quality culture.
  • Strong problem-solving, change management and communication skills with a solution-led mindset.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with proven results.
  • Focused on continuous improvement and driving change to deliver greater efficiencies and smarter ways of working.
  • Able to make solid decisions in a fast-paced and changing environment.
