We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Talent Developer to spearhead our Graduate Development Program. This 12–18-month rotational program is designed to accelerate the careers of our graduates while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive optimal graduate and intern experiences from onboarding to program conclusion.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and innovations across the program to maximise impact, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Deliver impactful briefings and communications to stakeholders and leaders as well as present at various internal and external forums.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR colleagues, workforce planners and stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
  • Lead performance review conversations with stakeholders and provide additional support where needed.
  • Ensure graduates feel empowered, connected and supported throughout their journey.
  • Utilize data and feedback to track and measure program effectiveness whilst continuously improving program outcomes and graduate development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and innovation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in early career talent development, engagement or programme management.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with high resilience during change or ambiguity.
  • Skilled in delivering projects and change initiatives with passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in project planning and resource management.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and co-authoring solutions with colleagues, excited to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest and passion in supporting early career talent and creating transformative experiences.
