Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of strategic asset management systems and frameworks to drive innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our projects align with the needs of the community and the council's strategic goals.
  • Drive change management initiatives to realise significant benefits for our community through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of our Asset Management Framework and Strategic Asset outcomes.

About the Role

This leadership position presents a unique opportunity to influence the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects worth over $300 million, ensuring we meet the needs of our community now and into the future.

Your Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements

  • Degree qualifications in project management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic operations within a technical environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong background in infrastructure asset management across various asset classes such as buildings, open space, stormwater, and transport.
