About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Regis Lucinda, you will be responsible for leading exceptional care outcomes through the coordination and delivery of person-centered care. You will oversee the resident's care, identifying changes in preference, needs, or well-being, and prompt escalation for support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive care plans and conduct thorough assessments of needs and preferences.
  • Implement appropriate care strategies and manage medications safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Work in partnership with our caregivers to deliver our Continuity of Carer model.

Requirements

  • A passion for caring for others.
  • Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs.
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
  • Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system.
  • Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care.
  • Experience in geriatric medicine, palliative care, or rehabilitation is highly desirable.
