We seek a key member of our team who will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex mechanical projects, leveraging expertise to drive results. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of mechanical services, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Duties:

  • Lead mechanical projects or sub-projects to achieve deliverables.
  • Manage drafting staff and BIM designers on a project basis.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including client prospecting and pursuits.
  • Participate in business planning and strategic direction activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering within a building services consultancy.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Membership of Engineer's Australia and Chartered Professional Engineer (or on path to achieving).
  • A strong working knowledge with a range of relevant design software packages.
