Job Opportunity in Leadership and Management Training

We are seeking a skilled trainer to deliver courses in the Leadership and Management area.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting training sessions, facilitating and monitoring students' learning and assessments, assessing students and providing constructive feedback, participating in assessment validation, maintaining, modifying and developing learning resources and session plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions
  • Facilitate student learning and assessments
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Participate in the validation of assessment processes
  • Maintain and develop learning resources and session plans

Requirements:

  • Current industry experience in leadership and management
  • Hold a TAE40116 (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) qualification
  • Formal qualifications in Diploma of Leadership and Management and Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
