We are seeking a dedicated Registered Midwife to join our team at Latrobe Regional Health, a leading regional hospital in Victoria. As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to women and their families in our Women's and Children's services.

• Provide comprehensive midwifery care to women and their families, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless care to patients.
• Participate in the development and implementation of midwifery care models and protocols.
• Contribute to the education and training of midwifery students and junior staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

• Current Registration or eligibility for Registration as a Registered Midwife (Division 1) with AHPRA.
• Recent competent clinical experience in all aspects of midwifery care.
• High level written and verbal communication and the use of information technology.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of risk management, safety and quality principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A women-centred approach to Midwifery Care.
