Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of educators in the Kindergarten room, developing a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child
- Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Relevant teaching registration (if applicable)
- A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
