Job Description

This pivotal role will support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, driving improvements in frameworks, processes, and operational efficiency across the University.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled business analyst with postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience.

About The Role
  1. Lead analysis, requirements gathering, and re-engineering of business processes for programs and initiatives.
  2. Prepare comprehensive business cases, requirements, epics, and user stories.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure secure solutions.
  4. Contribute to the uplift of business analysis practices and frameworks.
  5. Facilitate workshops and forums to address challenges and drive process improvements.
About You
  • Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience.
  • Strong experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives, working with multidisciplinary teams to manage risk and ensure compliance.
  • Proven ability in business process re-engineering, system integration, and developing business cases.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
