About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Calvary Home Care in Port Augusta. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients to live the life they choose, promoting choice and independence.
  • Care Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of clients are met.
  • Clinical Interventions: Implement clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse, and as documented in the client's plan of care.
  • Recognition and Response: Recognize and respond to clinical deterioration, with appropriate escalation.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with their personal care and hygiene needs, while encouraging independence.
About You
  • Nursing Registration: Current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
  • Clearances: Willing to obtain appropriate checks, including NDIS and Police clearances.
  • Driver's License: Full driver's license.
  • CPR and Manual Handling: CPR and Manual Handling certification.
  • Experience: Experience not required, but an advantage.
  • Commitment to Quality: Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
  • Working Knowledge: Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
