Senior Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a senior engineer to oversee civil engineering projects from concept design to construction phases.

  • This role involves managing teams and liaising directly with clients to ensure project deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent, with a minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role. They should be able to lead a project team to deliver documentation for subdivisional, stormwater, water, sewer, roads, and similar civil infrastructure projects.

In addition, the successful candidate will be able to show technical leadership in providing advice to project teams, mentor and develop less experienced engineers and designers, prepare proposals to secure new work, and have experience in managing relationships with clients, contractors, approval agencies, and colleagues.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical leadership skills
  • Mentoring and developing less experienced engineers and designers
  • Proposal preparation skills
  • Experience in managing relationships with clients, contractors, approval agencies, and colleagues
